Are my files actually private?
Yes. All processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. Your files never get uploaded to any server. The moment you close the browser tab, they're gone.
Why is there no signup or login?
Because you don't need one. We don't store your files, we don't sell your data, and we won't email you. Just open a tool and use it.
Are there really no watermarks?
Correct. The output file is yours: no logos, no banners, no extra pages. Ever.
What's the file size limit?
100 MB for now. We may raise this for our future Pro tier, but free will always allow normal-sized files.
How accurate is the custom target size?
We aim for ±10 KB of your target. For very aggressive targets (e.g., 5 KB from a 5 MB image), we get as close as physically possible while keeping the image usable.
Why don't you have AI features?
Because you can use ChatGPT or Gemini for free. We focus on doing one thing extremely well: file compression and conversion.
Will this site always be free?
Yes. Core tools will always be free. We may offer a Pro tier later for power users (batch processing, larger files, API access), but the free tier will never get worse.
