Irish Passport Photo Requirements (DFA / Passport Service)
Ireland's Passport Service (Department of Foreign Affairs) accepts a printed 35 × 45 mm photo, or a digital photo for an online application through Passport Online. The digital photo must be at least 715 px wide and 951 px tall, in JPEG, and no larger than 9 MB. This tool outputs 715 × 951 px, the online minimum.
